Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email after the shipment has been dispatched, and can also track the orders through Order Status.
1. Shipping Time and Warehouses
Orders are shipped from the USA, Germany, the United Kingdom, or China, with a processing time of 24–72 business hours. Shipping timeframes begin after processing.
- DHL Express: 3–8 business days
- Registered Airmail: 10–30 business days (depending on country)
2. Shipping Costs
Costs vary based on product weight, destination, and method. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order, and exact charges are shown at checkout.
3. Delivery Address
Enter accurate, complete addresses, including apartment number and contact phone. KOSPET is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
If your order is returned to KOSPET as undeliverable from our shipping partners, you will need to place a new order. Please contact Customer Support to resolve your payment issue at support@kospet.com.
Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and by double-checking for typos and other errors.
4. Taxes and Customs
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. KOSPET is not liable for delays or fees due to customs processes.

5. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an item has been shipped.
