Confused

I have a Kospet Prime 2 and needed a replacement strap pin for one that had broken. I emailed Kospet and was disappointed to hear that Prime 2 was discontinued and all accessories were no longer available. Then I saw the straps on the website and asked if the pins came with the straps. I received the same email that the Prime 2 was discontinued and all accessories were unavailable. I ordered the straps anyway and was happy to find out the pins did come with the straps. I was just confused why I was told the accessories for the Prime 2 were not available. I was glad to be able to get them though.
